This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit www.alexandradekempf.com or contact us.
2. Website operation and security
Our hosting and technical service provider is redcat media. When you access the website, technical data such as your IP address, browser and operating system, requested address, referrer and time of access are processed to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical records are retained only for as long as needed for these purposes, subject to statutory obligations.
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Fonts, artwork and animation files are served locally. No external social-media feed, advertising pixel or visitor analytics is embedded in this version of the website.
3. Cookies and language selection
The functional cookie pll_language remembers your selected language for up to one year. WordPress also uses login and security cookies when an authorised user signs in. These support the functions you request; they are not used for advertising. The basis for strictly necessary storage or access is section 25(2) TDDDG; associated personal-data processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete or block cookies through your browser, which may affect language selection or login.
4. Enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond to your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain these data until the enquiry has been dealt with and retention is no longer necessary, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Newsletter via Brevo
We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 9-17 rue Salneuve, 75017 Paris, France) to manage and deliver our newsletter. Your email address and selected newsletter language are transmitted to Brevo when you subscribe. Subscription requires your consent and confirmation through a link sent to your address (double opt-in). Technical subscription and confirmation records are processed to document consent and prevent abuse. The website temporarily stores a keyed hash of your IP address for 30 seconds to limit repeated submissions.
Newsletter delivery is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent records and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in proving consent and protecting the service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by contacting us. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Subscription data are retained while you are subscribed. Following withdrawal, an address may remain on a suppression list to prevent further mailings; consent evidence may be retained as necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Such records are used only for those purposes. Brevo may process delivery and interaction data such as email opens and link clicks, depending on the mailing settings. You can object to direct marketing at any time.
Brevo's data processing agreement forms part of its Terms of Service. Details of recipients, subprocessors and safeguards for international processing appear in that agreement and in Brevo's privacy policy.
6. External links and bookings
External links, for example to Instagram or a shop, open the respective provider's website. The provider processes your data when you visit it according to its own privacy notice. Online booking and payment through Resvo are not yet enabled in this preview. The relevant processing information will be completed before those services are activated.
7. Your rights and retention
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future and complain to a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred.
You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. In that case, processing will cease unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests or processing is needed for legal claims. You may object to direct marketing at any time, including related profiling; the data will then no longer be processed for that purpose (Article 21 GDPR).
Personal data are deleted when their purpose no longer applies unless legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention. Where appropriate, processing is restricted instead. We disclose data only where necessary for the stated purposes and on a lawful basis. Contact the controller above to exercise your rights.
